**Group Rate: When registering five (5) or more paid individuals at the same time, from the same organisation, you will receive a discounted group rate of $799 USD (full value is $1,145 USD) for EIC Advance.
 

**COVID-19 Policy:  For those impacted by COVID-19, EIC is providing relief in the amount of $50 USD off the regular rate of ($229 USD) for EIC Advance registration. This includes those who are furloughed, have their position eliminated, or are experiencing a salary reduction. Contact registration@eventscouncil.org to request your relief code. 

Code of Conduct and Consent

As a 2020 EIC Advance participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct. Please reference the Virtual Attendee Code of Conduct. to review the agreement. You will acknowledge receipt, review and acceptance via the online registration form. Any violation of the Virtual Code of Conduct will result in revoking of your virtual meeting access with no refund. We thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, EIC Advance meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by EIC. Your virtual registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and virtual booths visited.
